HairTechVision Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HairTechVision, including its website, applications, AI-assisted hairstyle preview features, media generation tools, social publishing integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is currently operated by Hair Tech S.A.S. (“HairTechVision”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and professional use
HairTechVision is intended primarily for hair salons, hairstylists, beauty professionals, and authorized users of participating businesses. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and professional obligations.
2. Accounts and access
Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may not share access in a way that circumvents account limits, security controls, permissions, or subscription rules.
3. Customer images, videos, and other content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases to upload, process, store, transform, or publish any image, video, text, or other content through HairTechVision. This includes obtaining any consent required from clients or other identifiable persons.
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service and provide the features you request.
4. AI-generated previews and media
HairTechVision may use artificial intelligence and third-party processing services to create hairstyle previews, images, videos, reels, or related outputs. AI-generated results are simulations and may not exactly predict a real-world haircut, color result, treatment outcome, texture, or appearance.
Users remain responsible for professional judgment, technical assessment, and final decisions made in connection with real services performed on a client.
5. Social media connections and publishing
HairTechVision may allow you to connect third-party social media accounts, including supported services such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of that account to HairTechVision.
When you request publication, upload, sharing, or export of media, HairTechVision may transmit the selected content and required metadata to the chosen third-party platform. Availability of direct publishing depends on that platform’s APIs, permissions, review status, account eligibility, and technical limitations.
Your use of third-party platforms is also governed by their own terms, policies, and community rules.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use HairTechVision to:
- upload or publish content you do not have the right to use;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authorization;
- circumvent security, access controls, quotas, or technical restrictions;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the Service;
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
- violate the rights of clients, third parties, or connected platforms.
7. Subscriptions, credits, and paid features
Certain HairTechVision features may require a paid plan, credits, or other paid access. Prices, included usage, billing intervals, and applicable limits are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Additional provider terms may apply.
8. Intellectual property
HairTechVision, its software, interfaces, branding, workflows, documentation, and underlying technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, platform-policy, or business reasons. Third-party integrations may change or become unavailable independently of HairTechVision.
10. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, third-party platforms, or our legal rights, including in cases of suspected misuse, security threats, unpaid obligations, or material violations of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, HairTechVision does not guarantee that AI outputs, previews, third-party integrations, or generated media will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every professional use case.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HairTechVision and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, third-party platform actions, user-provided content, or reliance on simulated AI results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the HairTechVision Privacy Policy, which will be available on the official HairTechVision website.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or the official website where appropriate.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply under the law of another jurisdiction.
